You may also need an upgraded power supply, but many cards out there support 3+ monitors without any additional power (I know, I own many of them). My personal recommendation is to look for a card that's labeled as AMD "Eyefinity", although I think they've depreciated that labeling somewhat, recently.

I only skimmed the post but I assume this is on a desktop PC, correct? In that case if you want fast output you need to upgrade to a graphics card which supports 3+ monitor output. It should be pretty straightforward but if you have trouble identifying it then post a picture(s) of the back of your computer and someone can help you identify. Check yours and compare it to the pictures. While the card may be the same some of them have a low profile mount and the others have the standard size. One tip I have it you are going this route is to find a video card that has the correct size mount (the flat metal part that shows on the back of the computer). So if you go to eBay or Amazon you could find that card and buy a second one. After looking up the motherboard for your computer I see that you should have one open PCI x16 slot on your motherboard (same long port the video card is plugged into). I would only look at this solution if you are confident in working inside of a computer otherwise you are best off either using the USB adapter or upgrading your computer altogether. The second solution is more involved but would give you a second video card. You can find them on Amazon for pretty cheap. That would be to get a USB to VGA adapter to allow for the additional monitor. The first solution is the easiest as its just a plug and play solution. I see two possible solutions for your set up. The reason this does not work is that when you have a video card (in your case the NVS 295) plugged into the motherboard, it will disable the video ports on the motherboard. You have it plugged in this way because the video card you are using, NVIDIA QUADRO NVS 295, has only two ports on it.
Then you have a third monitor using a VGA cable that is plugged directly into the motherboard. You have two monitors connected via Display port to the video card.
So to make sure I understand what you are working with I will explain how I understand your situation.
